I ordered this as a gift for my boyfriend, and realized after the fact that it in fact was an oversees company. I was a little concerned about shipping time and quality, but this cup did not disappoint. It’s great quality, shipping was surprisingly fast, and he loved the gift. Gave it to hubby for Christmas and he loves it. It’s a little small but the volume of liquid equals to the volume of one of his other favorite mugs and it’s perfect for him. He loves the design and the handle as well. Good find, would highly recommend.

The mug look just like it was pictured. However, it was smaller than I thought it would be. When I open the packaging little Leah fell on the floor and didn't break. I was impressed. I'm hoping the other muga ordered is more the size that I can imagine it would be.

I was really happy with my mug but when I opened the rapping the lid dropped on the floor and broke :( Anyway the mug is beautiful. Sad I will have a missing lid now.

Smaller than I expected, as the picture shows; however I'm six-foot-two (188cm) tall and my hands are huge so that's probably just because I'm a big guy. The wood handle does a great job of insulating the heat away from your hand, and the built-in tea strainer does a great job as well. The overall construction quality seems fairly good, but only time will tell how well it holds up to daily use and abuse. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with this purchase and I'll probably be getting another mug soon, this one was a gift to my girlfriend and I'd like to get one of the fatter ones for myself.
