I love looking at this mug- such rich colors and the design makes me feel like I'm in the mountains. I also love the wood handle, so smooth and unique. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm trying to get used to holding a mug this way- I think I'll get more used to it, but it feels like maybe the handle is just a tad bit too short- I'm still in love with it, but I don't know if I'd recommend it to someone with large hands. I bought 3 other mugs too and although I was planning to give them as gifts, I might just have to try them out first and I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up keeping some- they are just so beautiful.

Very good quality mug with a great built-in tea infuser. The only criticism I can give is that the sides are a bit thin hence the mug can heat up a lot, but it's manageable. Liked it so much I ordered a second one.

love this product, i cant wait to get to the weekends to use it.
I did drop the lid onto my time snd broke it straight out of the box, however, that was my fault as it moved too fast with the cup in one hand, so be careful with the lid when you get it out.
However best purchase I have made in the past 6 months!
