The coffee mug looks amazing, but the filter is meant for a course blend and doesn't work well with a fine blend. The material of the cup wasn't what I was thinking it would be either. Not like the hand made mugs from around here, much lighter. Also doesn't retain heat as well as I thought it would.
Aside from that, the shape is amazing, the wood handle is exactly what I wanted. Feels amazing to drink out of, and people in my meetings are always asking me where I got it from. I do recommend everyone try one out, they are a great coffee mug.

This mug is so perfect! I have two others because I like them so much. They are all different, but I like the gradient mug the best, it’s just a little larger. The finish on all the mugs is really very nice, the inside so smooth and the outsides with enough texture to be easy to grip and actually feel good to handle.

The mug is absolutely beautiful. I ordered as a Christmas gift for my grandfather and I'm excited to give it to him. Packaging was very thorough, and it comes in a beautiful box. My only issue is that the box rips very easily on the seems where it opens. But the mug itself is absolutely perfect.

Best mug I’ve ever owned! Love the look, the feel and quality. Wish it were just a touch thinker as I worries it will break easy and that the base was a bit smaller to fit in a cup holder if needed and the handle just a bit longer to fit all 4 fingers.
