Very good communication, quick delivery and beautiful items. The green mug has a finer sieve, in case you want to brew tea that is more on the powder side than leaves.

Recieved the purchase quite quickly. I really love the quality, but I have only one small issue. The gap between the top of the handle and the mug could be a little wider, for better, more comfortable grip. Other than that, really nice.

Little smaller than I expected, and the lid could fit a little more snug. Also, the handle could be a bit longer. It's made of good quality materials though and seems very durable. I don't think I would purchase this particular mug again, seems a bit overpriced based upon what I expected and what I received.

The mug and lid are the same phenomenal quality as my previous order! The issue with this is the poor tea strainer compared to their other models. Instead of a metal strainer, it’s ceramic with fairly large holes that will only strain out the biggest of tea leaves
