I love the quality and look..very unique and a beautiful gift ..there is one thing though...I wish I had of looked a little more into the different styles and handles because this handle I find hard to fit and hold on to..that is comfortable...and I have average hands...very cumbersome ...it's a gift and I don't have time to return it and get a bigger mug with a longer handle

Beautiful mug! I wasn’t sure how the wood handle would feel, but it is very sleek and smooth. If you have bigger hands, I’d recommend choosing a mug with more room for your fingers. Overall, very happy with purchase.

I originally wanted the blue Mountain but it was out of stock so I ordered the white. I am thrilled with it. I love the look and feel and my herbal tea tastes better in it. Ok, maybe it’s the same but this cup makes me feel so comfortable I am sure my tea is just that much better. A quality product from the unique packaging to the wooden handle. The mug arrived in approximately 1 week from my order, and was in perfect shape due to the very sturdy (and easily reusable) packaging. It appears just as it did in the website pictures. The infuser and lid are very practical and fit very well in the mug. In the couple of times I have used it so far, it has kept my tea and coffee warm over a reasonable time.
My only problem is finding a good spot in my kitchen to display it - it looks to good to be in the cabinet!
