Beautiful and functional design. The cup is great to look at, but it also seems to keep my tea warmer longer than other mugs do. I drink a lot of loose leaf tea, so the mug is perfect for brewing a cup - either fresh or re-steeped. Would definitely buy another mug from this company in the future!

I'm a tea drinker and purchased this teacup after searching online. I love the size, design, craftsmenship, and color of the cup. The only thing I'm missing is the holder, which I will order soon! The cup is easy to hold with the wood handle. I love the experience of sipping hot tea throughout the day! Great product! P.S. the packaging was the cup came in was nicely done. Packaged and shipped very well and it’s presentation makes a great gift. The mug is super attractive and feels great. I’ve only had a a week so can’t comment on its durability yet. Few things ….. it is a bit hard to brew larger loose leaf tea because the metal strainer is so fine that it keeps the water from passing through. Not a big deal but a bitter harder to brew certain loose leaf teas. Perfect for coffee though. Not sure if the metal strainer is supposed to come loose and come out all together. Mine did the second day I used it. So have to be careful that it is in place well so when I put coffee in the brewing basket the coffee grinds don’t fall through to the cup while brewing. Overall I rated it 4 stars. It is a very attractive mug. Strainer is a bit hard to deal with for reasons mentioned above, but not a deal breaker. As long as this mug holds up to daily use, I would recommend it.

I love the cups I ordered but the boxes they came in had dirty finger smudges on them and the corners were smashed in, so it was not the greatest box to present a gift in. Luckily we still had boxes from a previous order to use. But the cups themselves are beautiful! We've ordered 5 so far.

It is a good mug, and accurate to the pictures on the website. The tea strainer has a nice metal mesh, that strains slowly, but does not let many small particles through. I flip the lid over and set the strainer on it after I make tea, it is a nice little coaster so I dont get tea drippings on my desk.

I had two cups delivered to Australia, they took about two weeks to arrive and I was sent updates nearly Everyday through a recommended tracking app.
Customer service was great, they always responded within an hour or so of sending out emails.
The two cups I ordered seem to be quite strong especially from the wooden handle to the side of the cup.
